Sunday, May 24, 2009 at 03:35PM The signing at Barnes and Noble Short Pump, VA was a blast. I got to meet fellow Cormac McCarthy enthusiasts, workers in schools and correctional centers for teens, a law enforcement professional, aspiring young readers and writers, old friends and other fascinating folks. In the process, I was honored to sign more than 90 books, and have already received interesting comments from some readers from that signing.
Customers who had me sign their books ranged in age from 14 to 80+ and seemed about evenly male and female.
It was such a good day, we're going to follow up with a signing at B&N Chesterfield Town Center, VA on June 20 from 1:00 to 3:00.
Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 11:34AM USA Today ran a nice paragraph about Hoppergrass (with a picture) on Thursday in their YA Roundup. I'll post excerpts under "praise".
